Please take a quick read of the information below before your visit:

• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your tour is due to start.


• Our tours are conducted in English only - we do not allow translators to operate on our public tours.


• For those lucky enough to look under 25, please bring ID. We cannot accept a photograph - original documents must be provided.*


• Please note, there is no visitor parking at the distillery

Cancellations:


Tickets may be cancelled and fully refunded up until 24 hours prior to your tour.

If you need to cancel or amend your booking within this window, please contact us directly.


We always endeavour to be as flexible as possible - as much notice as possible is appreciated if you cannot attend your tour.
