  • Passengers proceed on foot from the car park through the underpass under the road to the harbour (narrow path, uneven terrain in places, approximately 15 steps).

  • Approach the friendly shore crew and provide the name under which reservation was made

  • After confirming your reservation details, the shore crew will hand you the Yellow Round Trip boarding card
  • If necessary present your booking confirmation or reservation
  • Once checked in, proceed to the designated boarding area
  • Keep the yellow boarding card in safe and easily accessible place
  • Once boarding starts crew will collect card from you
  • Board the boat and find comfortable place
  • Listen to safety announcement and instructions provided by the crew
